• Product weights listed are net weight unless otherwise stated.
• We reserve the right to limit the quantity of products purchased per person or per household.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or reject any order.
• An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation email from us.
• We may cancel orders in cases of pricing errors, stock unavailability, payment failure, or suspected fraudulent activity.
• If an order is cancelled, the full amount will be refunded via the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

• All prices are listed in INR and are subject to change without prior notice.
• Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order.
• We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD) where applicable.
• COD orders may attract an additional handling fee of ₹30–₹50 depending on the delivery location.
• Swarnprabha Masale is not responsible for any bank charges or foreign transaction fees incurred by you.

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account.

• All content on swarnprabha.in — including text, graphics, logos, product images, and design — is the property of Swarnprabha Masale and is protected by Indian copyright law.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission.
• The Swarnprabha name, logo, and "विरासत शुद्धता की" tagline are brand identifiers and may not be used without authorisation.

• Using our website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of our website or systems.
• Submitting false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or checkout.
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or crawlers to extract data from our website.
• Engaging in conduct that restricts or inhibits any other user from using or enjoying the website.
• Reselling our products without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Swarnprabha Masale shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website or products. These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dholpur, Rajasthan. By using our website, you consent to this jurisdiction.
