Our Return Philosophy
At Swarnprabha Masale, your satisfaction is our priority. We stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any valid reason, we are here to help. Please read this policy carefully to understand the conditions and process for returns and refunds.
Eligible Return Conditions
- Product received is damaged, broken, or leaking due to transit.
- Wrong product delivered — different SKU, variant, or weight than what was ordered.
- Product is expired or very close to its expiry date (within 30 days of delivery).
- Product quality is significantly different from the description on our website.
- Sealed packaging has been tampered with before delivery.
- Quantity received is less than what was ordered.
Non-Returnable Items
- Products that have been opened, used, or partially consumed.
- Products returned without original packaging, seal, or labels.
- Products damaged due to improper storage or handling by the customer after delivery.
- Orders where the return request is raised more than 7 days after delivery.
- Bulk orders above ₹5,000 are subject to case-by-case review before return approval.
How to Raise a Return Request
- Step 1: Email info@swarnprabha.in within 7 days of delivery with subject line "Return Request — Order #[Your Order ID]".
- Step 2: Include clear photographs or a short video showing the issue (damaged product, wrong item, etc.).
- Step 3: Our customer support team will review your request within 2 business days.
- Step 4: If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to courier the item to our address.
- Step 5: Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will initiate the refund or replacement.
Refund Process & Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product.
- Refunds are issued via the original payment method: UPI, credit/debit card, or net banking.
- For COD orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer (NEFT/IMPS). Please share your bank details when raising the request.
- You will receive an email confirmation once the refund is initiated.
- Depending on your bank, the amount may take an additional 3–5 business days to reflect in your account.
Replacement Policy
In cases of damaged or wrong products, you may opt for a replacement instead of a refund. Replacement orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received or after photo verification is approved. Replacements are shipped at no additional cost to you.
Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 12 hours of placement, before the order is dispatched.
- To cancel, email info@swarnprabha.in or call +91 98765 43210 with your Order ID.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled. You may initiate a return after delivery.
- Prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 5–7 business days.
- For COD orders cancelled before dispatch, no amount is charged.
Shipping Charges on Returns
If the return is due to our error (wrong product, damaged item), we bear the full cost of reverse shipping. If the return is for any other reason, the reverse shipping cost of ₹60–₹100 may be deducted from your refund or borne by the customer.
