We ensure every order of Swarnprabha Masale is packed with care and delivered to your doorstep in the best condition. Here is everything you need to know about how we ship your order.

Shipping Coverage
Swarnprabha Masale delivers across all states and union territories of India. We currently do not offer international shipping. If your pincode is in a remote or restricted zone, our team will contact you before confirming the order.
Processing Time
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday) are processed the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST or on Sundays and public holidays are processed the next business day.
- During festive seasons or sale periods, processing time may extend by 1–2 additional business days.
- Custom or bulk orders may require 3–5 business days of processing time.
Delivery Timeframes
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2–4 business days.
- Tier-2 and Tier-3 cities: 4–6 business days.
- Remote areas, hills, and North-East states: 7–10 business days.
- All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, or local disruptions.
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹499.
- Orders below ₹499: flat shipping charge of ₹60.
- Remote area surcharge (as defined by our courier partners): ₹30–₹80 additional.
- COD (Cash on Delivery) handling fee: ₹30 additional on all COD orders.
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout before payment.
Courier Partners
- We ship through reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ekart, Shadowfax, and India Post (for remote PIN codes).
- The courier partner is selected based on your delivery location and order size to ensure the fastest and safest delivery.
- We do not allow customers to choose a specific courier partner for standard orders.
Tracking Your Order
- Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with your AWB (tracking number) and a tracking link.
- You can also track your order from your dashboard at swarnprabha.in/dashboard under "My Orders".
- Tracking information is updated within 24 hours of dispatch.
- For any tracking issues, contact us at info@swarnprabha.in with your Order ID.
Packaging Standards
- All spices are packed in food-grade, airtight packaging to preserve freshness and prevent leakage.
- Orders are further sealed in corrugated boxes or bubble-wrapped pouches for transit safety.
- We use tamper-evident seals on all packages. Please do not accept a package if the outer seal is broken.
- We are committed to minimising plastic use wherever possible in our packaging.
Failed Delivery & RTO
- If delivery fails due to wrong address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the courier will attempt 2–3 more deliveries.
- After 3 failed attempts, the package is returned to us (Return to Origin — RTO).
- For prepaid orders that are RTO'd, we will contact you to arrange re-delivery at an additional shipping charge of ₹60.
- If you do not respond within 7 days of RTO notification, a partial refund (order value minus shipping charges) will be issued.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged due to transit mishandling, please take clear photographs immediately and email us at info@swarnprabha.in within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost. Please refer to our Return & Refund Policy for the complete process.
