Sambhar Masala – Authentic South Indian Blend

Great sambhar begins with the right masala. Swarnprabha Sambhar Masala is a carefully roasted and ground South Indian blend, balanced so the flavours bloom beautifully as the lentils and vegetables simmer. Stir a generous spoon into cooking toor dal with tamarind and mixed vegetables, and finish with a mustard-curry leaf tadka for that unmistakable tiffin-centre aroma at home. It is equally delicious in rasam-style broths, vegetable stews and South Indian curries. Roasted and ground in small batches at our facility in Bari, Dholpur, packed fresh with no artificial colours or fillers — only pure spices. One 100g pack flavours many pots of sambhar to serve with idli, dosa, vada, uttapam and steamed rice. Store airtight in a cool, dry place away from moisture.
